Please be advised that all new customers are required to operate under a cash-on-delivery (C.O.D.) arrangement. Ownership of all supplied goods remains with BLACK LOTUS TRADING PTY LTD until full payment has been made. We also reserve the right to access any location where the goods are held in order to recover them, without liability for trespass or any resulting damages.

In connection with your application to open an account, we, the undersigned Guarantor(s), jointly and individually accept responsibility for ensuring full and prompt payment of all amounts owed by the debtor under the Credit Account. This guarantee will continue to apply irrespective of any acts, omissions, delays, or defaults by the debtor and shall not be affected, cancelled, or discharged by any such circumstances.
